Meditation

Gentle Hatha Yoga incorporating the 8 attitudes of mindfulness: acceptance, non-judgement, non-striving, equanimity, beginner’s mind, letting be, self-reliance, and self compassion.

Brunch – homemade granola, homemade bread & jams, eggs, porridge, yogurt, fruit, home pressed apple juice and a variety of teas. (Coffee also available.)

Lunch will be a picnic to take out on a hike or hot soup to have at home if the weather is cold.

Afternoons are free time to spend as you wish: beautiful walks from the doorstep through woodland or along the Aveyron river gorge; relaxing in a hammock or by the pool; exploring medieval Najac; swimming or canoeing down the river in summer; having a massage; playing the Transformation Game; reading by the fire in winter.

Retreatants may also have an Alexander Technique lesson with Lucy or a massage with Sarah Olley.
