5 days of  gentle Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness in celebration of the changing seasons 2019:

WINTER (New Year 29 December – 2 January 2020)


€495 includes 4 nights accommodation in private rooms (4 rooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2 rooms with shared bathroom and separate WC).

Full board with organic vegetarian menu using locally produced ingredients, including unlimited drinks and snacks.

Maximum 6 people ensures everyone’s needs are met.  Retreat is tailor-made according to the participants.

Suitable for all levels of ability including beginners.

2 daily 2 hr sessions of yoga & meditation.

Situated on edge of medieval Najac, classed as “one of France’s most beautiful villages” with south facing views over the forest and wonderful walks on our doorstep.

Proposed Schedule:

08.00  Meditation

08.30 – 10.00  Gentle Hatha Yoga incorporating the 8 attitudes of mindfulness: acceptance, non-judgement, non-striving, equanimity, beginner’s mind, letting be, self-reliance, and self compassion.

10.30 Brunch – homemade granola, homemade bread & jams, eggs, porridge, yoghurt, fruit, home pressed apple juice and a variety of teas.

Lunch will be a picnic to take out on a hike or hot soup to have at home if the weather is cold.

Afternoons are free time to spend as you wish: beautiful walks from the doorstep through woodland or along the Aveyron river gorge; relaxing in a hammock or by the pool; exploring medieval Najac;  swimming or canoeing down the river in summer; having a massage; playing the Transformation Game; reading by the fire in winter.

Retreatants may also have an Alexander Technique lesson with Lucy or a massage with Sarah Olley.

17.00-19.00  Relaxing yoga – yin, restorative, and nidra.

19.30 Supper

21.00 Campfire and/or Meditation.
