Wednesday 09.30 – 11.00  (English)

€10 per class

classes as usual throughout July & August

Lucy teaches a gentle and mindful yoga which has profound effects on our whole being.  No previous experience is required, nor is any level of suppleness or fitness.   Everyone practices at their own level according to their individual ability.  Classes are adapted to the students who are present.



I also offer tailor-made classes and workshops for individuals and groups.  My studio has a maximum capacity of 8 people.  To create a new weekly class at the day/time of your choice requires a minimum of 4 people to engage for 6 weeks.  I am also willing to travel up to 30 mins to teach groups of 10 people or more who have a suitable room.
